Discovering Buddha within *NEW
This three-year curriculum follows the Buddha’s teachings on the Three Turnings of the Wheel of Dharma, followed by the sacred transmission of four tantras that correspond to three gradual levels of discovering the ultimate nature of the mind and phenomena. The best way for a foreign audience to be able to acquire a proper understanding of these basic three levels of the Buddha Dharma is to approach it through one’s own direct experience of various meditations connected to each of the three levels.
Regular practice in our institutes
Practice is the center piece of the entire Buddhist path, it is the means by which we ourselves can finally become buddha ourselves through our active implementation and continuous dedication, with Buddhist philosophy being an auxiliary means to prepare us to practice itself and application in daily life to continuously change.
Teachings and retreats *NEW
Our teachings and retreats are designed for practitioners and interested individuals on all levels. Some transmissions are open for all whereas others are subject to pre-conditions. Retreats listed in this category, are always group retreats.
