We can only manage our activities with your active, practical, hands on help which also gives you the opportunity to gather merit.
Viribus unitis, with joined forces and rolled up sleeves, we are slowly building our houses, our social activities, our publications and our farm. Help us with your abilities, knowledge and effort! We are looking forward to you.
Not receiving any funds from any national, international umbrella organization whatsoever, we can only operate with funds generated from your generosity! We purely depend on your assistance!

Karmayoga
Karmayoga is the practice of selfless deeds without expecting anything in return; Buddhadhama in action. We apply view and meditation in daily life within the sacred framework of a Buddhist institute and hence practice the application of Buddhadharma.

Community days in our institutes
Our community days take the entire day. They start at 09:00 hours with our Sadhana practice, to be followed by Lamala’s monthly teachings.
You may attend puja or not, come later and leave earlier or not. But we REQUEST you to please communicate this ahead of your coming.
Concerning food – we ask you to bring food so we can share our meal in potluck and picknick style.
Kids of any age are always welcome in our houses.
We are looking forward to your coming! Registering is mandatory.

Work Study
We are offering the option of work study in our Retreat Institute in exchange for lodging and food and guided spiritual practice.
Construction and adaptation is not yet concluded, you may register for the position, applicable for the future upon completion.
You should be willing to service to the flourishing of the Dharma in the West and should have a clear inclination towards the sacred Dharma and lineage or at least some kind of attitude of giving rather than taking only.
Currently the following positions are free to be applied for:
- general, structure preserving work in centers
- someone able to cook for many people if necessary, and willing to get creative enough to work with whatever nature offers during different seasons.
- help in agriculture and the growing of our food in permaculture.

Fundraising
If you would like to help us raise funds, you are cordially invited to do so. There are two ways to fundraise:
- You might do smaller activities in your own name – completely independent – such as garage sales, use your skills for a good cause and other activities and then offer whatever revenue you generated, directly to us.
- Else, if you would like to actively fundraise in our name, please contact us so we can discuss the framework of your kind offer to make sure you, too, will benefit from it.
