Shangrila meines Herzens are open teachings by Chöje Lama Palmo dealing with how to gain an insight into a very fresh, contemporary entry to the most inner of our hearts; deep humanness beyond all pigeonholding in order to step by step acquaint with the art letting the beauty of an open heart become a living experience.
