Devotion means to love. That simple. To love genuinely without labels, unconditionally. It means heartfelt respect and trust as much as impartial caring and <b><a class=\"internal-link\" title=\"\u00d6ffnet internen Link im aktuellen Fenster\" href=\"\/en\/practising-buddhism\/bodhisattva-path\/\">awakened compassion<\/a><\/b> for all fellow sentient beings.<\/p>\n<p>Hence, if we trust we open our hearts. That is why devotion is so important. If we open ourselves to the space of our soul, then only will we enable ourselves to truly awaken our hearts!<\/p>\n<p>So let us expand to ourselves, into the expanse&nbsp;of our hearts, <i>become <\/i>the vastness of our souls.
