<a href=\"\/en\/?p=1932\">2007 <\/a>and <a href=\"\/en\/?p=1961\">2009 <\/a>in order to teach.<\/p>\n<p>This will be his 3rd teaching tour to all the Palpung centers in Europe.<\/p>\n<p><a
