The highest aspiration is the aspiration which is based on <a href=\"\/en\/practising-buddhism\/bodhisattva-path\/\"><b>bodhicitta<\/b><\/a>, the wish to reach enlightenment or Buddhahood for the benefit of all beings, to enable all beings to reach Buddhahood.
